What Is HIIT?

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick bursts of intense exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

How to Use This Timer

This timer follows a simple Work/Rest cycle. By default, it is set to 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Simply press "Start" to begin your workout. The timer will guide you through the intervals with visual cues and sounds.
